Here is the ACAD drawing for the gears and baseplates used to make this clock.
These parts are suitable for CNC.
The shafting and pendulum parts you can derive from the pdf files below.
The DXF or ACAD file is Full Scale in inches.
Notes about the PDF files:
The PDF Assembly drawings are not necessarily full scale.
Most of the PDF files are drawn on 8.5x11 inch paper. Some of the parts and assemblies are bigger than an 8.5x11 inch sheet so they are simply scaled down.
This makes it easy to print the plans but means you won't be able to measure from these assembly drawings unless you are very careful.
I've posted up a full scale drawing of the whole assembly in color and Black and white but you'll need access to a really big printer to print it full scale.
Big printers do exist but the cost of big prints for most of you will be prohibitive.

Most of these part drawings will print full scale on 8.5x11 paper.
Some of the larger pieces will have to be printed on D size paper.
You should be able to get a lot of benefit by viewing the larger drawings on your computer even if you are unable to print the big ones.
